RESCHEDULING

​All sessions, sound baths, classes and appointments may be rescheduled for a later date right up until the time of your initial appointment. Once the appointment time begins, reservations cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Sessions that were booked via a pricing plan may be rescheduled right up until the time of your appointment and will automatically be added back to your pricing plan count.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS​

We're sorry but we do not offer refunds for any of our services. You will receive an email reminder the day before your appointment, and you can reschedule it right up to the time of your appointment by logging into our website as a site member. Visit our Help page for instructions on how to reschedule.

If you are running late for a Sound Bath session, please reschedule vs. coming to the door late as it will be locked and it will count as a missed appointment which can no longer be rescheduled.

PRICING PLANS FOR PUBLIC SESSIONS

Are not shareable with friends or family members.

Pricing plans appointments may be booked all at once or one at a time and may be rescheduled right up until the time of your appointment and automatically added back to your pricing plan count.

Do not expire (unless you've purchased a type of treatment that must be completed within a specified time period).

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions will not be confirmed until invoices are paid in full so we recommend paying when you receive it.

All sessions booked are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice.

If you are running up to 10 minutes late for a private session, please call or text 530-298-7455 to indicate approximately when you will be there.

ATTENDANCE
-
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to any class sessions. Please do not arrive later than 5 minutes. If the door is locked when you arrive, please do not knock as we may have a session in progress that we do not want to disturb.

We ask that mobile devices be turned off or put on airplane mode before you enter the building. If you must use a device for medical or personal reasons, please do so silently.

Please refrain from wearing perfume.

Do not come if you have a contagious virus (COVID, flu, colds, etc).

Do not come for two weeks after receiving a vaccine or booster as you can shed the virus exposing it to others.

The Tranquility Center is wheelchair accessible and will do our best to assist those that need it. If you require a caretaker to stay with you, they will also need to pay for the session or may wait in their car until the session completes.

If you require special accommodations such as a massage table to lie on (versus sitting in one of our zero gravity chairs), or have medical equipment that you need to bring, we ask that you please email us in advance at tranquilitysoundhealing@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee that a table will be available for you unless you confirm with us via email before each of your sessions.

Children 12 and up may attend public sessions if they can sit quietly for the length of your session. Please bring books for children to read if needed. If your children cannot sit quietly, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.

Private sessions may be booked for families with children under the age of 12 or any child with a degenerative disease. Email tranquilitysoundhealing@yahoo.com to book a private session that works for your family.

Anyone found touching or interfering with any part of any devices or electronic equipment during the group session will be asked to leave, and will not receive a refund, and will not be permitted back to the Tranquility Center. Any party incurring damages to any Tranquility Center property will be responsible for all repair and/or replacement costs.
